Make the Move to Manga!

Our love affair with the crew of the Starship Enterprise never seems to wane. One of the latest incarnations of the world of classic Trek is Star Trek: The Manga, a Japanese-style comic printed in English. Kids Need to Read Charity Auctions proudly offers the second volume to be published by TOKYOPOP entitled Kakan ni Shinkou or “To Boldly Go.” Ten assorted artists and writers present brand new adventures featuring the classic Star Trek line up of characters. Our copy is signed by one of those contributing authors: actor Wil Wheaton, who portrayed the precocious teen Wesley Crusher on ST:TNG!

In addition to Mr. Wheaton, this new volume of Star Trek: The Manga features stories by Diane Duane, Mike Wellman, Paul Benjamin and Christine Boylan, as well as art by E.J. Su, Don Hudson, Steven Cummings, Bettina Kurkoski and Nam Kim.
