Calling All Artists!

Thanks in huge part to our friends at Browncoats: Redemption, The Kids Need to Read Foundation is heading to Dragon*Con in Atlanta, Georgia this coming Labor Day weekend.  We will have a booth set up to let everyone know about Kids Need to Read and to help our fundraising efforts.

But what’s a booth without a shiny banner to announce its presence?

That’s where you come in.  Kids Need to Read is holding a contest to allow one lucky fan to design the banner that will hang over our booth at Dragon*Con and at other events all over the country.  The design will likely be on our official t-shirts, too!

The prize for the winning designer is the love and adoration of everyone here at Kids Need to Read, along with all the recognition you can imagine.  Oh, and you’ll get a print of your artwork signed by Kids Need to Read co-founders PJ Haarsma and Nathan Fillion, too.

Anyone is eligible to submit designs to Kids Need to Read.  Check out the guidelines here.  All designs must be submitted to Kids Need to Read by May 25, 2009.

Best of luck to everyone and thank you in advance for lending your talents to Kids Need to Read!
