Austin Browncoats Support KNTR at FedCon

If you are attending FedConUSA in Dallas, Texas this coming weekend (July 13-15, 2008), be sure to stop by the three booths hosted by the Austin Browncoats.  They are having a charity raffle to benefit KNTR, with one of our Morena Baccarin-signed Terrifyin’ Space Monkeys waiting to be loved by you!

They’ll also have some of our free literacy buttons to give away, so be sure to stop by their booth early if you’d like one.  Our founding author PJ Haarsma told us he now sees them being worn at all of his literacy events.  If you can’t attend one of our events, you can get a free KNTR button by dropping us a line at www.myspace.com/kidsneedtoread.  Or check out our wider assortment available for sale at www.cafepress.com/kidsneedtoread.  The proceeds from our CafePress merchandise are used to buy books to encourage kids to love reading.

For more information about the Austin Browncoats at FedConUSA, drop by their events page at  http://www.austinbrowncoats.com/events.html.  The very fine shindig takes place at the Hyatt Regency DFW.  To find your way there, go to http://www.fedconusa.com/main/.

KNTR is thankful to be an Austin Browncoat Supported Charity.
