MAKE Donates Video PSA to Kids Need to Read

What if?

“What if there was a place that gave children lots and lots of great books? Well there is!” Take a look at this exciting video PSA created for and donated to Kids Need to Read by MAKE! Filled with wonder and fantastic visual effects, Kids Need to Read could not be more thrilled to have such a wonderful visual representation of the services our organization provides to inspire reading and increase childhood literacy rates.

MAKE is a design studio that specializes in the art of storytelling through motion graphics, visual effects, and animation. At the request of KNTR Co-founder PJ Haarsma, MAKE went to work on writing a script, designing the visual effects, filming, adding CGI, and recording the voiceover. The results are astonishing and we are immensely grateful to the folks at MAKE and Mr. Haarsma for making this happen for Kids Need to Read. What an incredibly generous and impactful gift!

It must also be said, we greatly appreciate the children who participated in the video. They were so full of joy—just the way children should be—and so skilled in their acting. We thank them all for contributing to the cause so beautifully. Terrific job all around!
