The 2011 Kids Need to Read Holiday Auction Extravaganza Starts Wednesday!!

The kettle begins to whistle.  You cross the kitchen to make a hot cup of cider.  As you pour the water in your cup, the smell of cinnamon and apples fills the room.  You take a sip … and burn your lip, dropping the cup to the floor.  Great!  Now, you get to clean up a hot, sticky mess – just how you wanted to spend your evening.  If only you had listened to your inner geek, all of this mess could have been avoided.  You would have been sitting in front of your computer, waiting for The 2011 Kids Need to Read Holiday Auction Extravaganza to begin, and not trying to figure out what will take a cider stain out of a hardwood floor.

So, sit tight fellow geeks, your wait will soon be over!  Be on the lookout this Wednesday, November 2nd for the start of our eight week auction showcase.  In the meantime, you could try the cider again.  I would recommend a “Sippy Cup”; you don’t want to get that stuff on your computer … very bad.  See you on Wednesday!
