Kindle Book Review, an online book review service, has generously sponsored the READ Together program with a $500 contribution! The company caters to up-and-coming indie authors by publishing professional reviews of their books on Amazon, Goodreads, and Barnes & Noble. Kids Need to Read is grateful to receive support for READ Together by friends in the literary community!

Children who are routinely read to day in and day outand immersed in rich talk about books and the various activities in which they are engagedthrive. And those children with less exposure to books face tougher learning challenges in school and beyond. —Scholastic, Early Literacy

READ Together partners with schools and other literacy organizations to encourage adult caregivers to read every day with their children. The program utilizes a wealth of leveled books, educational resources, reading buddies, tips for caregivers on the go, and inspiration, all designed to increase at-home reading activities on a daily basis. Through a consistent, effective approach, young students will develop vital reading skills that will serve them throughout their educational years and beyond.

The funds donated by Kindle Book Review are being used to supply books and reading buddies to participating READ Together children. On behalf of the children benefiting from this donation, Kids Need to Read would like to thank Kindle Book Review for their gracious sponsorship!
