Beads and Bangles for Books!

Generosity doesn’t have an age limit, and dedicated volunteers come in all sizes! The Kids Need to Read Foundation presents an item for auction donated by one of our young supporters, who wanted to do her part! Thanks to Cody-Anne (age 13) of Community Hero: Team Pardy, you have a chance to bid on a hand-crafted pair of silver and bead, dangle earrings!

These eye-catching earbobs feature a dramatic, geometric shape and a variety of both ceramic and stone beads, as well as shell discs at the top, all in warm earth tones and are 2 1/2 inches long. You’re sure to collect admiring glances each time you add these lovely ornaments to your lobes!

Do your part and visit http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=110289655471 to place your bid on these tempting trinkets! Bids open at $15.00 and will be accepted until September 19, 2008

Many thanks go to Cody-Anne of Community Hero: Team PARDY for her donation to The Kids Need to Read Foundation. Money raised from these auctions is used to purchase books for under-funded schools and libraries, as well as for organizations that provide books to children.

We are always looking for auction items! If you have something you would like to donate to Kids Need to Read, e-mail Debbie Brown at debbie@kidsneedtoread.org .
