Seventh KNTR Charity Auction: Signed Hayden Panettiere (of Heroes) PictureThe Kids Need to Read MySpace page invites you to participate in their Seventh Kids Need to Read Charity Auction.

This week, SFX magazine has graciously provided them with an 8X10 photograph signed by “Heroes” star Hayden Panettiere (see right). When told what the picture was going to be used for, Ms. Panettiere said, “What a fantastic way to get kids to read.”

SFX is a generous friend to Kids Need to Read. We would like to thank them for championing this project and for allowing the Ninjas to pass out free Kids Need to Read buttons and flyers at their London Film and Comic Con stand. We are grateful for their generous donation of this photograph for our auction.

The auction is currently running and all bidding ends on Wednesday, September 26, 2007 at 10:00 PM ET / 7:00 PM PT.

This auction is being conducted by the Ninjas of NathanNation; however, funds are sent directly to Kids Need to Read by the winner. 100% of the money raised will be used to buy books for children. Be sure to watch for many more exciting auctions in the upcoming weeks.
