Sudden, But Inevitable … Cuteness!

Kids Need to Read Charity Auctions proudly presents our latest “Terrify’n Space Monkey”: a 15″ plush primate looking like an escapee from Margaritaville in a bold Hawaiian shirt that has been autographed by actor Alan Tudyk, who portrayed Hoban Washburn in Firefly and Serenity. This special edition space monkey is a one-of-a-kind collectible. Our fuzzy “beach bum” comes with a Kids Need to Read button and plastic dinosaurs, cleverly playing on two separate episodes from the Firefly TV series: the introduction of Wash in “Out of Gas” and the infamous “Curse your sudden but inevitable betrayal” scene in “Serenity”. This Primate Pilot Package will have you laughing out loud!

Soar over to http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=110276111688 to place your bid! Bidding opens at $40.00 and will continue until August 6, 2008.

Our sincere thanks go to Alan for signing our special Aloha Shirt Space Monkey! Money raised from these auctions is used to purchase books for under-funded schools and libraries, as well as for organizations that provide books to disadvantaged children.
