2012 Barnes & Noble Book Drive for Kids Need to Read is ON!

The holiday season is officially begun here at Kids Need to Read! Once again, our friends at the Barnes & Noble Booksellers at the Chandler Fashion Mall and the Dana Park Village Square locations are hard at work with their Kids Need to Read Holiday Book Drive. Now through the end of December, you can stop by either location and purchase a book to donate to Kids Need to Read. We know this year is going to be bigger and better than ever! Over the last two years, the stores have collected 4,641 books valued at $26,700! These gifts enable Kids Need to Read to serve a very large number of schools, libraries, and children’s literacy programs on our waiting list, as well as in the coming year.

Kids Need to Read is grateful to everyone who has taken part in this yearly book drive. We look forward to seeing what this year has in store for us!
